Reverse Engineering

Indignation of components, manufacturing of components by models, samples are the need of every organization. Here our experience adds value by developing prototype & manufacturing of parts.

Reverse engineering (RE) is the process of taking something (a device, parts, Indignation of components etc.) apart and analyzing its workings in detail, usually with the intention to construct a new device that does the same thing without actually copying anything from the original.

Resulting knowledge gained through the reverse-engineering process can then be applied to the design of similar products and that capitalizing on successes and learning from the shortcomings of existing designs is the objective of reverse engineering.

Research and development is a specific problem-solving approach that is used intensively in business and industry to prepare devices and systems for the marketplace.

What Is Reverse Engineering?

Engineering is the profession involved in designing, manufacturing, constructing, and maintaining of products and structures. At a higher level, there are two types of engineering:forward engineering and reverse engineering.

Forward engineering is the traditional process of moving from high-level abstractions and logical designs to the physical implementation of a system. In some situations, there may be a physical part without any technical details, such as drawings, bills-of-material, or without engineering data, such as thermal properties.

The process of duplicating an existing component, sub assembly, or product, without the aid of drawings, documentation, or computer model is known as reverse engineering.

Reverse engineering can be viewed as the process of analyzing a system to:

  • Identify the system's components and their interrelationships

  • Create representations of the system in another form or a higher level of abstraction

  • Create the physical representation of product

Benefits :

  • Convert any physical shape into digital format

  • Create tooling for any object

  • Make changes in your tool, mold or part

  • Watertight solid models let you machine directly from our data

  • Save time and money in product development

  • Interchangeability with any CAD system
